Young Social Innovators

The Young Social Innovators’ aim is to raise social awareness among 15-18 year olds in Ireland by providing social awareness education through action and platforms for young people and educators. To become a young social innovator, you need to do a YSI project. That means you get together with others, pick an issue that is important to you and take action to make things better.

YMCA Ireland

The YMCA is a non-denominational Christian youth movement whose services and programmes are open to people of all faiths and of none. YMCA is a voluntary organisation that works with children, young people, families and the community, with particular regard to those who are disadvantaged and disaffected.·There are a wide range of programmes on offer which focus on outdoor education, vocational training, youth information, health education, homelessness, global youth work, faith development, peace and reconciliation and family youth work.
